Client Information
Within the constraints of German registrar and attorney fee law, as a rule we work on the basis of a client
contract in which the rights and duties of our law firm and the clientele as well as a compensation and fee
agreement on a hourly basis are stipulated. In the case of single and clearly-definable activities, we also
work on the basis of a brief consultation contract in which we stipulate a flat compensation fee. Our
limitation of liability complies with the expected services of our professional liability insurance, which will
as a rule be sufficient.
